“Garden Delight” is a dwarf variety of Nectarine that produces large sized fruit with yellow, juicy, and very tasty flesh. This deciduous tree grows with an upright and somewhat broad habit to eventually reach 2 m tall and 1 m wide. It can be trimmed as necessary, and grows best when planted in full sun on a well-drained, sheltered site. While it is tolerant of frost and prefers temperate climates, late frosts in spring can damage the flowers and therefore the crop. This variety is a great tree for courtyard planting and small sections, and will perform well in warmer climates.
