“Golden Queen” is a popular indoor plant owing to it cascading stems and variegated, heart shaped leaves. The glossy leaves are dark green and gold, and very aesthetic. It typically grows to 10 cm tall and 50 cm long (or longer). Best results with this plant are achieved when it is planted in indirect light or partial shade in a sheltered position with a well-drained growing media. Over-watering will damage this plant as will frost, cold temperatures, and drafty positions. “Golden Queen” is commonly grown in a hanging basket or allowed to trail over the side of a pot. It is well suited to offices and the like with the stems allowed to trail down shelving.
