“Tuscan Blue” is a fast-growing and upright variety of Rosemary. It features petite, sky-blue flowers borne amidst the dark green leaves through winter and spring. The flowers, leaves and stems all release a pleasant fragrance when crushed or brushed against. This evergreen typically grows to 1 m tall and 1.5 m wide, and performs best when planted in full sun or partial shade on a well-drained site. It is tolerant of coastal environments, moderate frost, and dry periods. “Tuscan Blue” is a versatile plant that is ideal for adding to a mixed planting, trimming into a hedge, planting around outdoor living areas, or including in an herb garden. It is often added to Mediterranean and cottage gardens.
