Cornus kousa Chinensis is a small, deciduous tree that features large and showy, white flowers in spring which are followed by red berries in summer. It grows with an upright, multi-trunked, vase shape and carries dark green leaves which develop colourful shades of red and orange before falling in late autumn. It typically grows to 4 m tall and 3 m wide. Cornus Chinensis is commonly grown as a specimen and is great for including in a mixed planting, planting to border an entranceway, using in avenue plantings, or including in a cottage garden.
