Crassula pellucida variegata, commonly known as Calico Kitten, is grown for its colourful foliage and creeping growth habit. It forms a carpet of small and succulent leaves that are variegated green and pink. The pink colouring intensifies during hot weather or when the plant is moisture stressed. These are held off short, creeping stems as it grows to 10 cm tall and 50 cm wide. Crassula pellucida variegata is commonly grown indoors, used in rock gardens, or grown along the edge of a path where it can spill out.
