Gardenia jasminoides Veitchii, commonly known as the Everblooming Gardenia, is highly prized for its masses of fragrant blooms and glossy, dark green foliage. It bears very showy and sweetly fragrant, white flowers through spring and summer, and typically grows to 1 m tall and the same wide. Gardenia jasminoides Veitchii puts on the best displays when mass planted but is also effective for planting around larger plants, adding to a mixed planting, growing in a container, planting around outdoor living areas, for tropical gardens, or adding to “white” gardens.
