This herbaceous perennial grows as a clump to about 50 cm tall and 60 cm wide bearing broad and large, green leaves, and regrows quickly after cutting. Rhubarb Victoria is commonly grown for culinary purposes, included in mixed plantings, or added to herb gardens.
