The foliage comprises short and thick, grey-green leaves held densely on short stems which complements the flowers nicely as it grows to 40 cm tall and 60 cm wide. Hebe albicans is a great plant for borders, mixed plantings, lining walkways, for growing in a container, or mass planting on a bank or the like.
