Leptospermum Nanum Ruru is a variety of Manuka renowned for its pretty flowers and attractive foliage. It produces flowers that are dark pink and deepen to crimson at the base during spring and summer. These are produced en masse and are complemented with the bronze tinged foliage as it grows to 1.2 m tall and 75 cm wide. Leptospermum Nanum Ruru is commonly used as a backdrop for smaller plants, included in mixed plantings, maintained in a container, or trimmed into a hedge.
