Liriope Monroe White, commonly known as Lilyturf or Monkeygrass, grows as a tidy clump and produces strap like, dark green leaves. Short stems rise above the foliage in summer to bear masses of tiny, white flowers. This variety typically grows to 20 cm tall and 25 cm wide in full sun or partial shade. Liriope Monroe White is an excellent choice for container growing, using in rock, cottage, and “white” gardens, planting around outdoor living areas, or including in borders.

Liriope spicata
Liriope spicata, commonly known as Creeping Lily Turf, grows as a clump and produces arching, strap like, dark green leaves. Short stems carrying masses of tiny, pale lavender-white flowers emerge amidst the foliage during summer. It typically grows to 45 cm tall and the same wide but will spread to colonise a much larger area over time. Liriope spicata is an excellent choice for cottage gardens, border plantings, or using as a groundcover.
