Dahlia Black Touch is an herbaceous perennial that produces large and showy, very dark red, near black coloured flowers from summer through until autumn. They are complemented with lush and dense, dark green foliage. It typically grows to 90 cm tall and 50 cm wide, and may die back in winter but will regrow again when conditions warm in spring. Best results with this variety are achieved when it is planted in full sun on a well-drained, sheltered site. It is tolerant of cool climates, frost, and short periods of dry. Dahlia Black Touch is ideal for cottage gardens, adding to mixed and border plantings, or growing anywhere stunning flowers are desired. It is very easy to grow and tubers should be planted just below the soil surface and gently firmed in.
