Dahlia Bristol Stripe Princess is a beautiful variety of Dahlia due owing to its colourful and interesting flowers. This herbaceous perennial produces impressive, purple and white-striped flowers through summer and autumn. These are held above the lush and dense, dark green foliage as it grows to 80 cm tall and 60 cm wide. It may die back in winter but will regrow again when conditions warm in spring. Best results with this variety are achieved when it is planted in full sun on a well-drained, sheltered site. It is tolerant of cool climates, frost, and short periods of dry. Dahlia Bristol Stripe is ideal for cottage gardens, border planting, adding to a mixed planting, maintaining in a container, or growing anywhere you want stunning flowers. It is very easy to grow and tubers should be planted just below the soil surface and gently firmed in.
