These impressive blooms are produced from summer through autumn and are held above the lush and dense, dark green foliage. It typically grows to 1 m tall and 70 cm wide and may die back in winter but will regrow again when conditions warm in spring. Best results with this variety are achieved when it is planted in full sun on a well-drained, sheltered site. It is tolerant of cool climates, frost, and short periods of dry. Dahlia Little William is ideal for cottage gardens, border planting, adding to a mixed planting, or growing anywhere you want stunning flowers. It is very easy to grow and tubers should be planted just below the soil surface and gently firmed in.
