Echeveria secunda, commonly known as the Blue Echeveria, is a succulent that forms a rosette of blue-grey leaves. As conditions cool, the leaves may develop pink tones. A stem carrying red and yellow flowers may rise above the foliage in spring. This succulent typically grows to 30 cm tall and the same wide. Echeveria secunda makes for a great pot plant and is often used in rock gardens, or grown where something hardy and a little unusual is wanted.
