Bougainvillea Nonya is a dwarf variety of Bougainvillea that grows compactly with few thorns, yet produces impressive flowers. Through summer it bears impressive, light pink flowers which blend nicely with the light green foliage. This evergreen typically grows to 1.5 m tall and the same wide without a support structure but much larger when it has something to climb. Without support it will grow more like a groundcover. It grows best when planted on a well-drained, sheltered site in either full sun or partial shade. It will tolerate light frost once established. Bougainvillea Nonya is commonly used as a small climber, added to mixed plantings, used as a groundcover, or planted anywhere the beauty of this plant can be enjoyed.
