Trachelospermum asiaticum Golden Memories, commonly known as Asiatic Jasmine, is a stunning, evergreen climber that bears lush and glossy, yellow-green leaves which are complemented with masses of fragrant cream-white flowers in summer. The slender stems sprawl across the ground, providing a dense groundcover, or will intertwine and climb a trellis. It will easily reach 3 m in length but can be trimmed as necessary. Best growth with this Trachelospermum is achieved when it is planted in full sun or partial shade on a well-drained site. It is tolerant of dry periods and mild frost though should be sheltered from wind. Trachelospermum asiaticum Golden Memories makes a lovely groundcover but is more commonly trained as a climber on a trellis or the like.
