Cedrus atlantica Glauca, commonly known as the Blue Atlas Cedar, is a conifer grown for its striking blue foliage and lovely form. The needle like foliage is short and held in dense clusters off horizontal branches to give the tree a somewhat layered appearance. It grows with an upright and narrow habit, becoming broader as it matures, eventually reaches 15 m tall and 10 m wide. Cedrus atlantica Glauca is commonly grown as a specimen in a park or large garden, planted as a screen, or used to provide shelter.
