Taxus baccata Dovastonii Aurea, Cis Dovastonii Aurea, Taxus Dovastonii Aurea
Taxus baccata Dovastonii Aurea is a conifer grown for its attractive foliage and form. This evergreen grows with an upright habit carrying drooping branchlets to give the plant an overall weeping appearance. New foliage is bright yellow which ages to dark green. Small, green flowers open spring and result in small, red berries as it grows to about 2.5 m tall with a spread of 2 m. Taxus baccata Dovastonii Aurea is commonly added to mixed plantings, grown as a small feature tree, or planted for its stunning colour and architectural form.
