Vegetable plants respond exceptionally well to The Plant Company’s vegetable fertiliser with better quality produce, higher yields, and a much healthier and brighter looking plant. Correct nutrition for such plants is important throughout their growing and while they are establishing. The Plant Company’s vegetable fertiliser has been specifically blended to give continuous feeding for the crop and to give plants an initial boost. Other general fertilisers on the market typically just give the quick boost and require repeated applications to be as effective which is why we achieve better results. This vegetable fertiliser is applied at a rate of one handful (one cup) spread evenly per 1-2 square metres just once per year. The fertiliser can be applied to the soil surface or worked into the soil at any time. This fertiliser blend is suitable for all types of vegetable plants that are planted outdoors (tomatoes, carrots, onions, potatoes, lettuces, etc) but should not be used for plants grown in a container. Use The Plant Company Indoor Plant Fertiliser for container grown plants. One kg of fertiliser will adequately fertilise 10-12 square metres. The NPK rating is 8.2:5.8:9.1
