Lobo Apple, Lobo Apple Tree
The Lobo apple tree bears large sized fruit in autumn that are bright red with a yellow hue and light russeting. The flesh is crisp, has a tangy flavour, and is a lovely apple for eating fresh. This deciduous tree typically grows to 3.5 m tall and 2.5 m wide. It is self-pollinating and so does not require another apple variety planted close by to set fruit. The Lobo apple tree is commonly planted for fruit production, added to a mixed planting, or maintained in a courtyard garden.
