Plum Coe’s Golden Drop produces large, golden fruit with flesh that is yellow, sweet, and flavoursome. White blossoms adorn the tree in spring and give rise to the fruit in autumn. This variety will benefit from having another variety (e.g., Greengage, Santa Rosa) planted nearby to aid pollination. This deciduous tree grows with an upright habit to about 3.5 m tall and 3.5 m wide. Coe's Golden Drop plum is commonly planted for fruit production and makes for a lovely specimen.
