Frosty Top Lomandra

The Frosty Top Lomandra is a tough and reliable ornamental grass with outstanding aesthetics. Plants have graceful, grey-green foliage, and new leaves emerge with a silver colouring. Small, yellow flowers are borne amidst the foliage in spring and combine nicely with the foliage. It grows as a clump to about 50 cm tall and the same wide, growing best in full sun or partial shade on a well-drained site. This plant is tolerant of drought, frost, cold climates, wind, coastal climates, and most soil types except extreme wet. The Frosty Top Lomandra is commonly mass planted either as a ground cover or on a bank, included in borders or mixed plantings, planted around outdoor living areas, or used anywhere a hardy and attractive grass is required.
