Ajuga reptans Burgundy Lace, commonly known as Bugleweed, Common Bugle, or Carpet Bugle, forms a spreading mound of leaves dappled in green, cream, and smoky pink. The foliage is adorned with spikes of blue flowers through spring as it grows to 15 cm tall and 100 cm wide. Ajuga Burgundy Lace is commonly used as a ground cover, planted around the base of larger tree and shrubs, used in shaded areas, added to cottage gardens, or maintained in a container.
