These are produced amidst the lush, dark green leaves and dense stems. This evergreen typically grows to 30 cm tall and 75 cm wide with a spreading or creeping growth habit. Rosmarinus prostrata is a versatile plant that is commonly used as a ground covering plant on a bank, planted to trail over a wall, or grown around outdoor living areas such as pools. It is often used in Mediterranean and cottage gardens with the added advantage of providing a wonderful herb for cooking and garnishes.
