Achillea Cerise Queen (Yarrow) Details

“Cerise Queen” is a variety of commonly known, Yarrow, and is grown for its elegant sprays of cherry pink, umbrella shaped, flowers. The flowers are borne through summer on long stems that rise above the narrow, dark green, fern like foliage. It typically grows to 60 cm tall and the same wide, preferring a well-drained site in full sun. It will also grow well in partial shade and is largely drought tolerant and will grow well on poorer soils. “Cerise Queen” is commonly used in border plantings, mixed plantings, cottage gardens, container plantings, or included anywhere the beauty of this plant can be enjoyed. A mass planting makes for an excellent display.
