“Apricot Hybrid” is a variety of Hellebore grown for its amazing flowers and foliage. The leaves are large, dark green, and have a lush appeal. They are adorned through winter and spring with showy, apricot-coloured flowers. This herbaceous perennial grows as a clump to about 45 cm tall and the same wide, performing best when planted in full sun on a well-drained, sheltered site. It has a root system that enables it to regrow again in spring if cold conditions or frost kills off the foliage. “Apricot Hybrid” is an ideal plant for cottage and tropical gardens, for mixed and border plantings, or planting for fabulous spring colour. A mass planting provides a truly impressive display.
