Aureo-maculata Leopard Plant, Leopard Ligularia, Farfugium japonicum Aureo-maculata
Ligularia Aureo-maculata, commonly known as the Leopard Plant, produces glossy, dark green leaves with bold, yellow spots placed randomly across the leaf. Tall stems bearing yellow flowers rise above the foliage in summer. It grows as a mound to about 40 cm tall and 50 cm wide. Ligularia Aureo-maculata is often used for border and mixed plantings, planted beside a water feature, maintained in a container, included in a tropical garden, or mass planted for an amazing display.
