White Creeping Thyme, White Moss Thyme
Thymus praecox Albiflorus, commonly known as White Creeping Thyme or White Moss Thyme, features small and dark green leaves held on stems that creep across the ground. The foliage serves as a wonderful backdrop to the masses of small, white flowers in summer. It grows to just 5 cm tall and will spread to 40 cm wide. Thymus Albiflorus is commonly included in herb gardens, used as a lawn substitute, planted between pavers or rocks, mass planted as a groundcover, or positioned so it can trail over a wall or the like.
