Thymus praecox var Pseudolanuginosus, commonly known as Woolly Thyme, is an herbaceous perennial grown for both its foliage and creeping growth habit. The leaves on this evergreen are lemon scented, small, dark green, and woolly. It grows to just 5 cm tall and will spread to 40 cm wide. It performs best when planted on a well-drained site in full sun or partial shade, protected from heavy frost.
