Calathea Gekko features foliage that is a mix of dark green and olive green in a somewhat-feathered pattern. It grows as a clump to about 30 cm tall and the same wide. Calathea Gekko is commonly grown indoors in a container but can also be included in tropical plantings or planted around outdoor living areas. Clonex active ingredient is Indole butyric acid (also known as IBA) which is a plant hormone that is responsible for root initiation and growth. This product is popular due to performance and low cost. Clonex is available in 3 different strengths: Clonex Green has 1.5 g/L IBA and is used for herbaceous and softwood cuttings. Clonex Purple has 3.0 g/L IBA and is used for semi-hardwood cuttings. Clonex Red has 8.0 g/L IBA and is used for hardwood cuttings.
