Calathea Jungle Rose is an impressive herbaceous perennial grown for its lush foliage and compact form. The broad leaves are a mix of dark green and silver in a feathered pattern. The underside of the leaves and stems are dark purple. It grows as a clump to about 30 cm tall and the same wide. This lovely plant performs best when planted in partial shade on a well-drained, sheltered, frost free site.
