Plectranthus verticillatus, commonly known as Swedish Ivy, is a fast-growing perennial with a trailing growth habit. It produces glossy green leaves off spreading stems that will take root when they contact the ground. The foliage is complemented with cream-white flowers in spring and again in autumn. It typically grows to 25 cm tall and 80 cm wide. Plectranthus verticillatus is commonly grown as an indoor plant where it can trail over the sides of a pot. In warmer climates it can be used as a ground cover plant.

Plectranthus verticillatus, commonly known as Swedish Ivy, is a fast-growing perennial with a trailing growth habit. It produces glossy green leaves off spreading stems that will take root when they contact the ground. The foliage is complemented with cream-white flowers in spring and again in autumn. It typically grows to 25 cm tall and 80 cm wide, and is easily contained with trimming. This Swedish Ivy variety grows best in partial shade on a well-drained site that does not dry out.
