Dwarf Cabbage Tree, Pygmy Cabbage Tree, Ti koraha
Cordyline pumilio, commonly known as the Dwarf Cabbage Tree or Ti Koraha, is a compact New Zealand native plant ideal for ground cover and low-maintenance gardens. Unlike taller Cordyline species, it forms a clump of narrow, arching leaves and rarely develops a trunk. It thrives in full sun to partial shade and tolerates dry, exposed, and coastal conditions. Perfect for native plantings, borders, and mass landscaping, Cordyline pumilio adds texture and resilience to a wide range of NZ garden styles.
