Atlas Mountain Palm, Dwarf Fan Palm
Chamaerops humilis Cerifera, commonly known as Atlas Mountain Palm or Dwarf Fan Palm, grows with several erect stems and becomes a rounded mass of fan shaped leaves. The fans are about 45 cm long and powder-blue in colour. It typically grows to 4 m tall and 2.5 m wide, performing best in full sun or partial shade on a well-drained site. Chamaerops Cerifera is commonly used in Mediterranean gardens, added to mixed plantings, maintained in a container, or grown as a specimen.
