Anigozanthos Bush Eclipse is a variety of the commonly known, Black Kangaroo Paw, and grown for its unusual flowers. It produces clusters of yellow flowers held on black stems through spring and summer. These are held on stems above the strap-like, green leaves and are great for attracting birds. This perennial grows as a clump to about 60 cm tall and the same wide, preferring a full sun or partial shade position on a well-drained soil. It is tolerant of frost and dry periods once established. Anigozanthos Bush Eclipse is commonly used in rock gardens, included in borders or mixed plantings, or grown in a container.
