Arctotis Magenta Wine is a variety of the commonly known, African Daisy, and is grown for its striking, daisy-like flowers. The colourful and showy flowers produced from late winter through until late summer are dark-red with purple overtones. They are held above the lush, grey foliage as it grows to 40 cm tall and 1 m wide. Arctotis Magenta Wine is commonly mass planted either as a groundcover or on a bank, included in coastal or cottage gardens, planted along the edge of a path or in borders, or used to brighten up a dull corner of the garden.
