Gypsophila Bristol Fairy is grown for its beautiful sprays of small, double, white flowers in summer. This variety is multi-branched and grows with an open, airy habit. The narrow, grey-green foliage is held somewhat sparsely amidst the stems. This herbaceous perennial will grow to about 80 cm tall and the same wide, performing best when planted in full sun or partial shade on a well-drained site.
