Corsican Hellebore, helleborus corsicus, argutifolius, Holly Leaved Hellebore
Helleborus argutifolius, commonly known as the Corsican Hellebore, features green flowers that are nodding, cup shaped, and held on upright stems above the foliage. The foliage is dark green and becomes adorned with interesting flowers through winter and spring as it grows to 60 cm tall and the same wide. Helleborus argutifolius is commonly used to provide winter colour, included in cottage gardens, used in mixed and border plantings, or mass planted for an impressive display.
