Helleborus "Ice Breaker Max" is a prized for its stunning flowers and foliage. The foliage is dark green and becomes adorned with white flowers in late winter and early spring. The display is outstanding. This herbaceous perennial grows as a clump to about 40 cm tall and 60 cm wide, performing best when planted on a well-drained, sheltered site in full sun and protected from severe frosts. In cold climates it may die back during winter to regrow in spring, otherwise it will remain evergreen. "Ice Breaker Max" is an ideal plant for cottage, “white”, and tropical gardens, for mixed and border plantings, or planting for fabulous spring colour. A mass planting provides a truly impressive display.
