The Golden Tiara Hosta is commonly used as a ground cover, added to borders, maintained in a container, included in tropical and cottage gardens, or mass planted on a bank or the like.

Hosta Golden Tiara Details

The Hosta Golden Tiara plant features rounded leaves that are green with a cream edge. In summer bell-shaped, lilac flowers appear and are held neatly above the foliage. These are followed by seed heads that attract birds. This herbaceous perennial will grow to about 40 cm tall and 30 cm wide and in cold climates it may die off during winter to regrow again in spring. It grows best in a full sun or partial shade position on a well-drained, sheltered site and is tolerant of frost and cold climates but should not be allowed to dry out. The Golden Tiara Hosta is commonly used as a ground cover, added to borders, maintained in a container, included in tropical and cottage gardens, or mass planted on a bank or the like.
