Hosta So Sweet is a variety of Hosta grown for its glossy, green leaves with white margins. Bell-shaped, fragrant and white flowers are borne during summer above the foliage. These are followed by seed heads that attract birds. This herbaceous perennial will grow to about 60 cm wide and 50 cm tall and in cold climates it may die off during winter to regrow again in spring. It grows best in a full sun or partial shade position on a well-drained, sheltered site. It is tolerant of frost and cold climates but should not be allowed to dry out.
