Rose Maggie Barry Details

Rose Maggie Barry is a Hybrid Tea variety that features medium sized, coral pink-red flowers held on long stems. The flowers begin in spring and continue until autumn provided the spent flowers are removed. The foliage comprises small-sized, dark green leaves which provide a lovely backdrop to the flowers. The leaves develop yellow tones in autumn before falling. This rose typically grows to 1 m tall and the same wide and is generally pruned each winter with about 75% of the stem removed. Best results with this rose are achieved when planted in full sun on a well-drained, sheltered site. It is tolerant of frost and cool climates and has good disease resistance. Rose Maggie Barry is commonly included in a mixed or border planting, included in a courtyard or cottage garden, maintained in a container, or included anywhere the beauty and fragrance can be appreciated.
