Abelia Snowtime Details

Abelia grandiflora Snowtime is grown for its masses of dainty flowers. White flowers coat the plant during autumn and literally transform the plant into a spectre of beauty. They are complemented with dense, dark green and glossy leaves which affords the lovely contrast. This evergreen shrub typically grows to 90 cm tall and 80 cm wide, growing best when planted in full sun on a well-drained, sheltered site. It is tolerant of moderate frost, coastal environments, and short periods of dry. Abelia Snowtime is commonly used in borders and mixed plantings, included in courtyard, cottage, or “white” gardens, planted around outdoor living areas, clipped into a hedge, or simply maintained in a container. For hedging space plants 35-40 cm apart for this variety of Glossy Abelia.
