Sweet Inspiration Azalea

“Sweet Inspiration” is a variety of Azalea grown for its lovely form and spectacular flowers. This hardy, deciduous shrub produces masses of cream-white flowers with a blush pink edge and yellow flare through spring. It typically grows to 1.2 m tall and the same wide, growing best when planted in a semi-shade or full sun position on a well-drained, sheltered site. When grown in full sun it tends to be more compact. Plants are tolerant of frost and cool climates but do require good soil moisture levels during dry periods. When fertilising, avoid using lime as this will stunt or even kill plants. “Sweet Inspiration” is a great choice for container growing, planting around the base of trees and larger shrubs, including in a mixed planting, using in cottage garden, or using anywhere a stunning plant is required that will brighten an area.
