Camellia Dianna Details

Camellia sasanqua Dianna is an evergreen shrub that produces semi-double, cream-white flowers with prominent yellow centres from spring through early summer. The flowers are complemented with the semi-glossy, green foliage. It is relatively compact plant with an upright habit and typically reaches 2.5 m tall and 1.5 m wide. Best performance with this variety is achieved when it is grown in full sun on a well-drained soil that is slightly acidic. It is tolerant of cool and humid climates as well as moderate frost once established. Camellia Dianna is commonly grown as specimen, clipped into a hedge, added to a mixed planting, used in cottage gardens, planted around outdoor living areas, or used as a backdrop for smaller plants. For hedging space plants 60 cm apart.
