Itty Bit Camellia

The Itty Bit Camellia is a smaller variety that produces soft pink flowers from winter through spring. These spectacular, double blooms contrast nicely with the glossy, dark green foliage. It is a relatively compact plant with an upright growth habit and typically reaches 1 m tall and 50 cm wide. Best results with this variety are achieved when it is grown in full sun on a well-drained soil that is slightly acidic. It is tolerant of cool and humid climates as well as moderate frost once established. The Itty Bit Camellia is commonly added to a mixed planting, used in cottage gardens, planted around outdoor living areas, or grown a container.
