Carmichaelia muritai, commonly known as Cliffords Bay Broom, is a leafless, upright shrub with dense, bronze stems. In summer, the stems bear masses of violet-white which literally transform the plant. It typically grows to 4 m tall and 2 m wide, performing best in full sun and a well-drained site though it will grow well in partial shade conditions also.
