Correa Salmon Pink is a colourful shrub that is often used as groundcover. The foliage comprises small, dark green leaves which are held densely on short stems. Masses of small but showy, salmon pink flowers are borne from autumn through spring. This evergreen typically grows to 50 cm tall and 1.5 m wide, performing best when planted in full sun or partial shade on a well-drained site. It is tolerant of frost, dry periods, and coastal conditions though will benefit from being protected while it is establishing. Correa Salmon Pink is commonly mass planted either as a groundcover or on a bank, included in a rock garden, added to a mixed or border planting, planted around a water feature, or maintained in a container.
