Cytisus, Scotch Broom Plant, Cytisus Lord Lambourne
Cytisus Lord Lambourne is a variety of Broom grown for its impressive flowering. It bears masses of fragrant, orange, purple, and pink flowers from spring through summer which transform the plant into a thing of beauty. These are held on upright, slender stems which host small, dark green leaves as it grows to 1 m tall and the same wide. Cytisus Lord Lambourne is commonly included in a mixed planting, grown as an informal hedge, mass planted on a bank or as a groundcover, or used to brighten a stark corner.
