Rose Daphne, Garland Flower, Rock Daphne
Daphne cneorum, commonly known as Garland Daphne, Rock or Rose Daphne, is a small, spreading shrub grown for its fragrant, rose-pink flowers in spring. They are held above the small, mid-green leaves as it grows to 40 cm tall and 60 cm wide, growing best in full sun or partial shade on a well-drained site. It is hardy to cold environments and frosts once established. Daphne cneorum is commonly included in rock and cottage gardens, maintained in a container, or planted close to a window or door so the fragrance can fill the house.
